2026-2027 Evaluation Policy Update
Updated Evaluation Policy Now Available
Fuzion Female Hockey has updated its Evaluation Policy for the 2026–2027 season, and the revised policy is now available for members to review.
Transparency, consistency, and fairness throughout the evaluation process are important priorities for Fuzion. The updated policy is intended to provide families with a clearer understanding of how evaluations are conducted, how decisions are made, and what options are available if a concern arises.
As part of this update, Fuzion has also introduced a new online Evaluation Grievance Request Form. This form provides families with a consistent and documented process for submitting evaluation-related concerns for review.
Members are encouraged to review the Evaluation Policy in full before submitting a grievance, including the applicable timelines, eligibility requirements, and review process.

Our goal is to ensure families understand the process, know where to find information, and have a clear avenue to raise concerns when necessary.
Thank you for helping us continue to build an evaluation process that is transparent, consistent, and focused on providing the best possible experience for our players.
Special Thanks to Connie Hamelin and Dalyse Zuk for their efforts in bringing this policy up to date. Your work does not go unrecognized.
